MVL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Drivers Cooperative Colorado (DCC), a ride-hailing driver cooperative based in Colorado, USA.
DCC was founded by drivers who share concerns about the unfair revenue distribution structures of existing ride-hailing platforms. With a mission to create a fairer service model, DCC prioritizes transparency in fare distribution to ensure drivers receive reasonable earnings. This vision aligns with TADA’s zero-commission model, which eliminates service fees on fares.
Through this MOU, TADA plans to collaborate with DCC to introduce a zero-commission ride-hailing service in Colorado, marking the beginning of its U.S. expansion. Meanwhile, MVL is developing a core application system that will empower mobility service providers (MSPs) to seamlessly build and operate services. Together with MVL’s mainnet, this system will play a crucial role in scaling MVL’s mobility ecosystem in the U.S. market.
TADA’s entry into the U.S. is a significant milestone in MVL’s ecosystem expansion and is expected to further accelerate the activation and growth of the MVL mainnet network.
