Musubi A/R is a mobility-focused RWA product that allows users to purchase, manage, and redeem tokenized receivables generated from real-world mobility businesses on the Base network.

The receivables available through Musubi A/R are monetary claims held by ONiON Mobility, MVLโs Cambodian company operating mobility-related businesses including electric vehicle manufacturing, vehicle rental services, and battery station operations.
These receivables are generated from vehicle rental agreements between ONiON Mobility and drivers who use its rental services. Each receivable is linked to ONiON Mobilityโs electric three-wheeler rental business, with the vehicles mostly used by drivers for local ride-hailing services through our TADA platform.

Once sales begin, details such as the debt amount, payment date, discount rate, annualized rate, and guarantee fee will be available on the relevant token information page on the Musubi A/R website.
