To establish a joint corporation, MVL LABS has signed MOU with Bolton, a subsidiary of Krishna Corp., which is a manufacturer of automobile parts.
Through this MOU, MVL LABS will provide ride-hailing service and delivery service together with Bolton, and manufacture and sell E-TukTuks in India.
