1. MVL to Launch Mainnet on Base Network
MVL is set to launch its mainnet as the exclusive DePIN partner on Base, a blockchain developed by global exchange Coinbase.
This mainnet launch marks a major milestone in MVL’s vision of building a blockchain-powered mobility ecosystem. It represents a pivotal step in enhancing the scalability and sustainability of the MVL ecosystem.
Base chain offers high scalability and low fees while leveraging the security and liquidity of the Ethereum mainnet. This ensures that MVL can operate its independent mainnet within a stable and efficient environment.
The MVL mainnet will unify key services built over the past seven years—including TADA, ONiON Mobility, MVL DePIN, and RWA Musubi—into a single network. This integration enhances data utilization and provides an optimized environment for external partners and new service providers.

2. MVL Signed MOU with DCC and Expands into the U.S.
MVL has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Drivers Cooperative Colorado (DCC), a ride-hailing driver cooperative based in Colorado, USA.
DCC was founded by drivers who share concerns about the unfair revenue distribution structures of existing ride-hailing platforms. With a mission to create a fairer service model, DCC prioritizes transparency in fare distribution to ensure drivers receive reasonable earnings. This vision aligns with TADA’s zero-commission model, which eliminates service fees on fares.
Through this MOU, TADA plans to collaborate with DCC to introduce a zero-commission ride-hailing service in Colorado, marking the beginning of its U.S. expansion. Meanwhile, MVL is developing a core application system that will empower mobility service providers (MSPs) to seamlessly build and operate services. Together with MVL’s mainnet, this system will play a crucial role in scaling MVL’s mobility ecosystem in the U.S. market.
TADA’s entry into the U.S. is a significant milestone in MVL’s ecosystem expansion and is expected to further accelerate the activation and growth of the MVL mainnet network.

3. MVL Hosted ETHDenver Side Event and Led Panel Discussion
MVL, in collaboration with Drivers Cooperative Colorado (DCC), a ride-hailing driver cooperative based in Colorado, USA, hosted a side event on February 26 in Denver, where ETHDenver 2025 took place. The event focused on the expansion and mainstream adoption of the blockchain mobility ecosystem.
MVL’s partners—Privy, EigenLayer, Coinhako, OKX Wallet, Opacity, and DIMO—participated in the event. Additionally, a panel discussion was held on the expansion, adoption, and infrastructure development of Web3-based mobility. This discussion served as a meaningful opportunity to share growth strategies and real-world use cases of Web3 mobility while exchanging insights with industry stakeholders.
Through this event, MVL not only showcased its technological capabilities and vision within the blockchain mobility ecosystem but also gained new insights, creating an opportunity for further growth.
